The Calumet Surgery Center accepts most insurances and will make every effort to minimize your financial burden when possible.

Before the day of surgery, our staff will verify benefits with your insurance company. You will be notified regarding any co-payment or deductible required the day of surgery. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.

Please remember to bring your current insurance card with you the day of surgery.
